So, Creation was truthful in stating that they are not selling General Weekend passes this year for TorontoCon, because they are overbooked for Sunday and the theater is at maximum capacity. Which I get, because last year, at least 100 people were forced to stand.
Sunday is sold out. But I got my Friday - Saturday passes, and I am happy. I’m not attending this con for J2. I saw them last year, they were great, and that’s all I need. If I want to watch their panel, that’s what YouTube is for. Plus, Creation said that if I want to take a photo with Jared or Jensen, they will allow me without admission passes because the ops are taken outside the theater. That was shockingly generous of them.
I’m going to the con for Richard, Misha, Matt, Mark, Sebastian, and Chad. I’m going for Karaoke Night and the Saturday panels. And it cost me so much less than if I had bought the full weekend. I’m THRILLED.
